Reddit users crying ‘censorship’ over the Orlando shooter’s religion fled to a Trump subreddit in record numbers. Now they’re petitioning for the removal of Reddit moderators.
After the terror attacks in Orlando, Reddit users seeking details about the shooting instead found a blanket ban on mentioning the shooter’s religion on the site’s primary news subreddit.
Claiming “censorship” and citing “PC” culture, a record number of Reddit users unsubscribed from one of the site’s largest communities and joined r/The_Donald instead, the largest subreddit for Donald Trump supporters on the site.

I gave up on reddit years ago because of their censorship.

R/The_Donald is pretty hilarious and a good source of news. I read it regularly when I need a good image, or when I’ve been overexposed to Millenials (I need to see that at least some of them have some sanity).
Perhaps because both Islam and Progressives are about limiting freedom.
Ah, found a place to post a story about censorship where I work. Happened today.
There are televisions in all of the cafeterias and break rooms where I work. Two or three, depending on the size of the room. You get your choice of two channels. CNN or The Weather Channel. That’s all, folks.
Today, due to the 24/7 coverage of the Orlando shooting, a corporate decision was made to block ALL 24/7 cable news outlets. All.
Why? Because, out of 2,000 or so employees, we have about 10 muslims. (Spell check hates it when I don’t upper case the ‘m’ in muslims.) These are contract temp factory workers. The same types that that jumped and cheered in the company cafeteria when the news was replaying the film footage of the planes hitting the towers on 9/11.
Trump witnessed it, and so did I.
So, in order to not offend a hand full of people, people who hate us, we’ll be watching The Weather Channel tomorrow and probably some infomercials.

Before Chelsea van Valkerberg asked Reddit to purge painful truths, much less sanction harassment against critics? That event alone put Reddit with SJW leftists.
(Oh, and she largely lost her case despite dumping other people’s money on expensive lawyers)
Found out about it too late in the day. I work 12’s and didn’t hear about it until shift was almost over. All the corporate types were long gone.
Tomorrow, is a different story!
