I always love how these stories characterize the start of the violence as an argument. An argument suggests that both sides were yelling back and forth. I suspect that this was a one way argument, which should be characterized as the girls berating the elderly woman.

As an aside, this angers me anyway, but now it really does because that could be my mother. Exactly that age. Of course, my mother would put up a real fight; she does not cotton bad behavior well.

First thing I thought was that she may have been wearing a Trump button or something.
Then I see she started the whole thing by asking a couple of savages to move their feet so she could sit down. So they were either sitting with their feet up on a seat, or legs stretched out and in the way.
Poor old lady - how could she think that a couple of animals like this would show some respect.
