Dont mess with my kids.
Thats the message two North Carolina moms want the Obama Administration to hear. They are part of the nonprofit organization North Carolinians for Privacy, which with the help of Alliance Defending Freedom is suing the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the U.S. Department of Education (DOE). The lawsuit asks for the court to make clear that students dont have to give up their right to bodily privacy in order to get an education.
My children should not, being in public school, have to choose between their right to privacy and their protection, and their education, says Donica Hudson, a mother of three who lives in Charlotte, NC.
I have to stand up for my children, says Tammy Covil, who has four children and lives in Wilmington, NC.
The DOJ sued the state of North Carolina earlier this month simply for passing HB2, a common sense law that states biological men should not be allowed in the womens state-owned multi-user restrooms or locker rooms, and vice versa. HB2 allows private business, like Target, to set their own facility policies.
By suing North Carolina, the DOJ is threatening to take away federal funding to public schools if the state does not agree to open up bathrooms and locker rooms to members of the opposite sex. These women spoke with the Daily Signal to explain why they were prompted to act.

They can expect to be audited by the criminal fascist organization known as the irs.
Two moms can change the world. /not kidding
How about parents who object to this perversion telling the federal government that they are withholding their IRS payments and putting thein escrow until this bizarre adventure into Leftist loonacy is rescinded. Obama and his Gaystapo have no authority to do this to our children.
I have 2 grand daughters during the school week and I escort them everywhere... except the bathroom. Now I have to worry about pervs legally getting into those? How frickin stupid or perverted are these people running the show?
I object to the policy.
But I also object to Obama issuing a decree in the first place.
Whatever happened to rule of law, passing legislation on a certain subject, etc??
As of today, these cross dresser/transsexual people, are NOT a protected class of people under federal civil rights laws.
Liberals have decided that they SHOULD BE a protected class, but the fact is that THEY ARE NOT.
Which calls into question the legality of Obama’s decree.
They can only be such a protected class if Congress were to pass a law on the subject.
Businesses should be able to put up a sign which says:
“We reserve the right to refuse service...
and decide which—if any—bathroom you may use.”
I say let them take away North Carolina’s funding for schools, in turn North Carolina should refuse to submit remittances to the Federal Government for income tax collections.
Don't they fall under the same general heading as queers?
>How about parents who object to this perversion telling the federal government that they are withholding their IRS payments and putting thein escrow
Self-employed? ‘Cuz, I highly doubt any employer would do that for their employees.
“Don’t they fall under the same general heading as queers?”
Trans are being compared to Blacks in civil rights.
Thing is, trans are not technically queers. People being arrested when giving them the heave ho should have a cause for action as a result. Trans have NOT been accorded civil rights to put them in a protected class.
Rule of Law? Why if we had that, we wouldn’t BE having this discussion.
The DoEd would be a twinkle in some Socialist eye. Education would be paid, directly, by those that utilize said service. Redistribution/economic slavery would be non-existent and the States would be telling D.C. to go read the Constitution once again, specifically the 9th and 10th A, before being told to FOAD.
>I say let them take away North Carolinas funding for schools, in turn North Carolina should refuse to submit remittances to the Federal Government for income tax collections.
Income taxes, fuel taxes, Park fees, etc. etc.
Course then, the mask comes off and the unconstitutional house-of-cards falls apart.
EBT card holders hit hardest. /s
Technically, the State has no grounds in this situation, as the State has no legal basis.
