CENTER CITY -- One man has been arrested, and another is being sought in two separate indecent exposure incidents on the Schuylkill River Trail.
The first incident occurred around 7:28 a.m. Saturday.
A 33-year-old man told police he was riding his bicycle on the trail when observed an unknown black male lying on the ground with his private area exposed, partaking in a lewd act alone.
Police responded and located a man fitting the description, who was later positively identified as 34-year-old Salin Smalley.

I used to grab sandwiches from the drive through’s and go park in the forest preserve parking lots and eat and read the paper or whatever for lunch, you can’t do that anymore without a car pulling up right next to you asking if you want company or seeing 2 dudes sitting in the front seat of another car, then all the sudden there is only one dude who’s visible.
It’s gross as can be, and the cops don’t (or can’t) do anything about it.
Before the end of the decade, the cops will fine you for not joining him.

I didn’t know that. I had stopped going to eat lunch in the forest preserve years ago, it had gotten so bad.
I don’t carry anyways but lately I’ve thought about trying to get a concealed license, but to be honest, I haven’t fired a gun since qualifying in 1965.
I made it my whole life (even in Nam, I hated carrying my weapon because it got in the way, I worked a dredger or other heavy equipment, and it was a pain to have over your shoulder), and I cut my teeth back home doing sprinklers in the projects (Diversey, Ida Wells, Cabrini Green) and never carried a weapon cept a big ass pipe wrench, but this year, I’m really thinking of arming myself. I even have a retired cop friend who keeps wanting to take me to the pistol range, I just never thought I’d need to carry a gun after Nam, especially stateside, in my own country. I thought I was done with guns, I had enough of them back then, but now... I’m really having to consider it I reckon.
Or someone who thinks Hillary is a typical woman....
