Geez - hererabouts in Philly, Cecily Tyson, the weather reader on Channel 6, is known by many as “The Bare-Armed Vixen” for her let’s say casual look when doing the weather - much more offensive to me is the way she always seems to try to hype every half inch snow storm that comes our way into a potential blizzard - maybe wishful thinking on her part because she loves skiing, or thinks she’ll get lots more screen time with a big storm.....
Well I’m not horrified but that is not a summer dress. It’s what used to be called a contail dress. Now they’re just known as party dresses.
Really a little over te top for a weather cast lol
Judge Jeanine wears that type of dress often and I find it unprofessional.

Yes, since a larger picture has now been posted, I can clearly see and agree with you that this is a party dress. Exactly as you said, perhaps a bit glam for weather reporting but nothing to complain about, either.
