A KTLA broadcast is making the virtual rounds via Twitter and Facebook, and it's awkward as hell.
Viewers were so horrified by the sight of meteorologist Liberté Chan's arms that an off-screen anchor handed her a sweater mid-report so she might cover her shameful upper body. As if by magic, a hand appears with a grey sweater. "You want me to put this on?" she says disbelievingly. "Why? 'Cause it's cold?"
"We were getting a lot of emails," said the off-camera voice.

“Apparently, some viewers think my dress is too revealing... your thoughts?”
You mean she was talking about the weather?? I didn’t know that. I wasn’t paying attention...
What’s the big deal, she looks quite nice.Certainly not sporting the Vegas hooker look like Megyn Kelly does.

Offended Muslims I suppose in the Los Angeles area.
Horrified? I went to look and thought maybe her arms were covered with thick hair or psoriasis or something. Nope. I didn't see anything that horrified me.
I think that’s called a summer dress, or sun dress, if you prefer. And it is not all that revealing, unless you’re into arms and shoulders. Prudes should get a grip.
Quick! Could somebody hand Michelle a sweater? oh, and a fur-lined parka maybe.
Yessss!!!
Looks like just a standard black party dress. Not the best choice for doing a weather forecast I guess, but nothing particularly scandalous about it.
My folks watch KTLA in Los Angeles. My 91 year old Mom probably called to complain since my 92 year old Dad was probably transfixed by this Meteorologist.
His eyeballs still work.
It’s a gag
KTLA is happy talk news and Liberte Chan is HAWT!
I was expecting to see Swastikas or something offensive about her arms.. her arms look pretty normal to me, and I certainly don't think the dress is overly revealing.
Who was calling in, Muslims by any chance?
