They should look under the ocean on the continental shelves and Indonesia if they really want to fine the earliest rice cultivation.

10,000 years ago all of the worlds oceans were 350 to 400 ft lower than today and that is where the bulk of humans lived prior to the flood at the end of the last glacial maximum of the CURRENT ice age.
