...A Google search of that name does not return any utility or surveillance company. Such a company is not registered in Arizona.

The 24 hour news cycle is the worst thing to ever happen to the news industry IMO. If there is no news they have no problem with whipping something up.
Around here they go around harassing local home owners and citizens with there Community Report crap.
One guys tree fell in a neighbors yard and the recipient called the station and they sent a team out to harass the tree owner who intern told them to get The F of his property.List goes on.
IMHO, a few dozen pellet rifle rounds will put it out of commission. If you really want to have fun, make a shot noise generator and the whole thing will record nothing but static.
