The Waco Biker Gang Shooting Investigation Is a Complete Mess
Houston Press ^ | April 4, 2016 | Leif Reigstad

It's been nearly a year since nine bikers were killed in a chaotic shootout between the Cossacks and Bandidos gangs at a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, and we still don't know much about what happened or who did what. And while 177 bikers were arrested at the scene, we still don' t even totally know which ones will be charged with a crime.

A Waco grand jury handed out 106 indictments in November — a full six months after the shooting — and announced 48 more indictments last month. The indicted bikers were all charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, so it's pretty clear investigators remain unsure who fired the fatal gunshots, otherwise we'd probably see a few murder charges. When the District Attorney's office announced the first round of indictments, it got the number of dead wrong, claiming ten people were killed instead of nine. At least it was able to get that cleared up the second time around.

Whether there will be a third round of indictments is unclear. There are 38 more bikers who were arrested and have yet to be charged. No one seems to be able to agree on what their status is. Houston lawyer Paul Looney, who represents three of the bikers arrested in May, told the Houston Chronicle that all possible charges are automatically dropped against the remaining non-indicted bikers because the grand jury has apparently passed the agreed-upon deadline to hand out indictments in the case. "It timed out," Looney told the Chron on Friday. "Pop the champagne."

I see Looney still has not corrected his website:

“Mr. Looney has won 60 criminal defense trials since 1995 with ZERO convictions!”

The Waco Biker Gang Shooting Investigation Is a Complete Mess

Looks like an attempted coverup of the fact Law Enforcement was incompetent and murderous. Before this is over, I expect to see some police officers going to prison.

It’s been nearly a year since nine bikers were killed BY GOVERNMENT AGENTS.

Fixed the first sentence for ya, and this is precisely why::

” it will be a long, long time before we get anything close to a complete picture of what happened in Waco.”

The Press is and has been covering for the killers.

“It’s been nearly a year since nine bikers were killed BY GOVERNMENT AGENTS.”

Really. Even the eyewitness bikers involved in the fighting say the bikers started the killing.

This is not the first time that government ran completely amok in the Waco area. Is it something in the water?

What about the Bill Clinton/Janet Reno Waco mass murder? Will that ever be prosecuted? Mass murdering 76 people for practicing their constitutional rights. Let us not forget the horror that befell the nation while the Clintons were in office, something you can damn well bet Trump will bring up but Rafael will ignore.

Kidnapping a kid at gunpoint to return him to an oppressive regime his mother died to escape from, remember that one? That's another cute reminder of the Clinton legacy that the Canadian Rafael will never bring up which is why he will lose by a landslide to the witch..

Figuring out who was responsible for what after a riot involving more than a hundred armed people is usually going to be a very difficult task.

That’s why its a good idea to avoid riots. There’s no law there.

I wonder how much this is costing the taxpayers of Waco?

Why, were there 30 others that did get convictions?

maybe you could shed a little light on exactly how many of the 9 dead were killed with .223 Ammunition. Because there were NO Weapons of that caliber seized.

Yes. It seems that the biker shooting another biker was the cue for the cops to open fire and shoot into the ensuing melee.

I wonder how many of the fatal shots were .556 rounds as opposed to handgun rounds? I doubt many of the bikers were carrying AR’s in the bar.

A look at the videos recently released show most everyone was running away.

And I betcha, an irony... if this affair had been focused on the group of actual shooters, they and any plausible associates (who weren’t already dead) would probably have been drummed out of the clubs. Clubs, even of eeeeeeeeevil bikers, don’t want melees any more than you or I do.

This cause has united eeeeeeeeeeevil bikers all over the USA, and the Gator jabs in vain against the juggernaut now.

And given the history of at least one eeeeeeeeevil biker gang (the Hells Angels) as founded in disaffected veterans, this could be a long delayed judgment on a country that treated its vets about as well as cats treat their poops. Just cover them up and hope they go away. God could open the door for a real push back, even if it is eeeeeeeeeeeevil bikers doing it.

I shall not be surprised to discover that all fatalities were caused by .556.

Fearless forecast: This is so FUBAR that NONE of the bikers will be convicted of anything.
