The last Emerson poll only gave Cruz a 1-point lead, so this one is showing Cruz expanding his lead. It also shows Cruz leading in 5 congressional districts, Trump leading in 1 CD, and the others are a tossup.

30-36 delegates for the winner in WI is reasonable though.
7 and 8 should be Trumps’ best districts.
2 is Milwaukee and could favor Trump or Kasich
3 is the other likely tossup.
Cruz should be ahead in 4 and 5 and with a five-point lead ahead in 1 and 6.
