I never thought Bill was a good liar. I could see the wheels rolling where he thought about what he said. Sometimes he looked like he thought it was a great lie and he got that "that's the ticket" look and he would double down. Many swallowed it down like a vulture gulping down roadside kill guts.
Hillary is a terrible liar. She looks like she doesn't even believe herself. Many also don't believe her, but lies are not a big deal, maybe they are evil too.
