ON TUESDAY EVENING, presidential primary votes will be counted in five important states: Florida, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, and Ohio. But in just one of those states will March 15 actually be the day of the primary election. Missouri has resisted the early-voting fad; it is one of only 13 states in which voters do not have the option of casting a ballot weeks before Election Day. Which means that when Missourians vote, there is one thing they know for sure: Their ballot will count.

I’d do away with Early Voting, if you can’t get yourself to vote on the designated voting day, tough noogies.
I was glad for early voting. I was in and out in 1 hour. Before it would take 3 at least.
I have voted early, it’s convinient. I did not vote early this primary though and my voting district is actually a lot closer to me.

A lot of early voting in OH happened before Kasich and Romney and their fellow backstabbers started their hate campaign against Trump. That’s quite a wild card if sentiments have changed since those votes were cast.
My experience is that at least for Presidential elections, I spent more time in line for early voting because there are fewer polling places, than on Election Day.

Good point. Didn’t think of that. I always vote on the day because I get all caught up in the excitement of it all. Every four years, I take the Wednesday off from work so I can stay up late watching the returns. Not fun the last two night.
Missouri should be proud. I am no fan of early voting - specifically in primary season. Things change every day and candidates show more of who they are under stress. I always wait until voting day. It’s much more fun and you feel more connected with your decision.
If you won’t be in town, vote absentee.
When you are certain of the candidate you support, it makes sense. If I were even remotely on the fence, I'd wait.
I'm in and out in 5 minutes when I early vote, and the early voting place is less than 10 minutes from home.
Oddly enough, I have to travel further to go to my "regular" polling place.
I have always been in favor of a 24 ballot that opens and closes at the same time in the entire country. It should be a national holiday.
