The solution is clear: illegal immigrants should be allowed to make their own plates.
It's racist and xenophobic to require official plates and current renewal tags. Besides, they have no money to confiscate and white Americans should remain the sole source of funding for police officers on patrol Mobile Tax Collectors.

I used to do that. When I was in high school I didn’t have any money to go to dances and other events they charged admission to. I would borrow a friend’s ticket and look around the school for some poster or notice on a bulletin board that was the same color and paper weight as the ticket. I’d rip away some of the paper and spend the next period with a fine tipped pen counterfeiting the ticket freehand. I have to say I was very, very good at this.
