Aldi, the Germany-based no-frills supermarket chain, says it will now accept credit cards as it tries to attract more shoppers.
Aldi had previously just accepted cash and debit cards.

we go there and it is much cheaper than most other places.
Took me a while, but I finally convinced my son to shop there for his family.
He can’t believe how much money he saves.

My company sells milk to Aldi’s. They sell it for a dollar less than they pay for it. It’s a loss leader for them as they make their money elsewhere

I just bought milk at Aldi’s today.Paid 1.79 a gallon.
I just saw this on their door last week.
Don’t buy much there because it’s mostly highly processed “food,” but their coffee is good.
Their thin pork chops are awesome. Fried or breaded...a 4 minute meal with instant mashed potatoes.

Hubby must be doing the happy dance. He loves that place, but hates carrying cash.
I haven’t been going there much because having to use cash. But now I will be a regular. I bet this actually doubles their customer base.
I consume about 2~3 gallons of milk a week. Aldi saves me a bunch of money on milk.
We have recently started shopping there as a friend encouraged us to try them.
Was very thrilled to find less “soyled” food there as I am soy allergic.

My wife buys some veggies there but most of their labeled stuff is BORING!
I go to the Aldi near us. they have some things that are not available elsewhere, and I get a chuckle out of the quarter deposit for the shopping cart.

All meat in the USA is USDA. Country of origin is a different thing. All their beef is labeled USA born and raised.
