You can oppose illegal immigration without smearing illegal immigrants as "rapists", as Trump did. Calling Cruz an "anchor baby" and questioning Rubio's eligibility does not help either. It is no wonder that Trump's negatives among Hispanics are so high. They get to vote, too.

If the Washington Post ever chose to post just the truth their paper would consist of only ads for hemorrhoid creams.

I wonder how Trump polls among non-Hispanic whites who still make up close to 70% of the voters?

Trumps negatives across the board are higher than any Presidential candidate in history.

And the narrative changes! Now, it's a given that the wall is coming. The battle now is over who will pay for it.
LOL!
PS, somebody smarter than I can please do the "linky" thing for me, or post as a separate thread. Thanks!

I assume it was ILLEGAL Hispanic voters and not LEGAL Hispanic voters that were polled.

What is a wonder, if the Washington Post is to be believed, is why Trump got the Hispanic vote in Nevada. Could it be that the Washington Post—Leftist media that it is—is trying to influence the Republican choice of a candidate? Or am I just being unduly suspicious?

Truth:
“Today, 8 in 10 Hispanic voters have an unfavorable view of Trump. That includes more than 7 in 10 who have a ‘very unfavorable’ impression of him, which is more than double the percentage of any other major candidate.”
But Trumpbots believe he is the messiah, and that he will be just fine.
No, he won’t. He cannot win in the general election. His unfavorables are astronomical. A vote for Trump in the primary is a vote closer to getting Hillary as our next president.
Trumpbots — look at the facts, not at your cult-of-personality feelings.

"Donald Trump has used the issue of immigration to help make himself the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, but his harsh rhetoric also has earned him the highest negative ratings among Hispanic voters of any major GOP hopeful, according to a Washington Post-Univision News poll." So what. It's to be expected. No surprise here.

A Univision poll? The company that trashed him last summer and broke their contract with him over the Miss Universe pageant, and got sued by him over it?
