Why do you call Jeb Bush "Yeb"? (vanity)

Seriously, I've been wondering about this for some time. Why do you call Jeb Bush "Yeb"?
(No, I'm not a fan of his. I'm glad he's out of the race. My distaste for him goes back to 1999 when he threw Ward Connerly under the bus.)

It is the Spanish pronunciation of the letter "J". In the case of his name, it carries the Y sound, hence, Yeb. Like how it carries the H sound in Jose. J is not pronounced "jay" in Spanish.
