Trump has no core beliefs. There is no reason to believe he’s a conservative. How he will rule is anyone’s guess. His own supporters at TR admit his cause is not ideological. On top of that, he’s a bully. I’m tired of “cease and desist” demands and threats to sue. This must be how he does business, but being POTUS is not a real estate deal. I’m tired to this nonsense that Cruz and Rubio are not natural born citizens.
I’m frankly shocked that the best this country can do is Trump, Clinton and Sanders. The others in the GOP field had better pick up their game.
And I also can’t figure out why so many on FR are so devoted to him.

Trump’s idea of banning Muslim immigration won him South Carolina. Radical Islam is the number one threat. If only Cruz would follow suit...

I’m with you. Trump’s liberalism—including recent liberalism—his unreliability, his untrustworthiness, his lack of depth and substance, his lack of character, his boorish temperament—all these are reasons I think the guy is totally unfit to be President.

Been in the Submarine Force for a long time. Many who worked or Rickover thought he was quite possibly insane. Don’t know myself, but I do know that one could argue that Hitler and Stalin were leaders. Being a leader can be a good or bad thing, depending on the goals of the leader.
I thought the Republican primary was already settled. I thought no one could touch Trump. What is the delay in going after the Democrats? That is a rhetorical question.
I would stick out in Cuba, and I only speak English. Plus I could deal with the cold and seclusion. But hopefully Hillary won’t make it past the primaries.
I don’t get it, either. I put it down to the divide between the Libertarian Republicans and the social Consrrvatives.
Lately, on Facebook, the Trump supporters have gone really over the edge, bad enough to make me wonder if they are real or someone just trying do the same thing to Trump that he does to other candidates, drum up false negatives. They were posting all kinds of stuff about Nikki Haley and the Confederate flag. It wasn’t stuff that is going to help Trump, that’s for sure.
