Texas Couple Accused of Waterboarding 13-Year-Old Boy

A North Texas woman and her boyfriend face allegations they tied a 13-year-old boy's genitals and subjected him to a punishment known as waterboarding.
A Kaufman County spokesman said Thursday that a man and woman are facing a charge of felony injury to a child.

According to an article in the local paper the boy is related to one of the adults. He has some mental disabilities, and supposedly stuck his finger in the dog’s butt.
