Florida Sen. Marco Rubio wrote, ‘While I disagree with this decision, we live in a republic and must abide by the law.’
This prompted the National Organization for Marriage to say it could not support Rubio for President: ‘We need bold leadership from the next President to fight back against an imperial judiciary,’ [NOM President Brian] Brown said in an email to Breitbart News. ‘Senator Rubio is merely giving lip service when he says he supports traditional marriage…Rubio and Bush, on the other hand, are simply caving. Rubio should stop acting like the bombastic Trump and refrain from calling Cruz a liar. If Rubio has facts to demonstrate that Cruz is wrong he should show them to us instead of just saying liar. I really don’t like it when Cruz and Rubio go at it. I’d be very happy with either one of them as president, but the name calling has to stop. We get way more than enough of that from Trump.
