European beer bought and drank in Europe or just some import? Huge difference ...

Back in the early 70’s while going to college in KCMO, we would hop over to Kansas and get Coors, it was indeed Rocky Mountain Koolade! Boy was it good then after it when the nation wide it was well not so good. Too bad, but it was good then.

A latte is not necessarily flavored.

It is espresso with steamed milk. And a little foam.

Agreed. What is imported and what is sold from the tap is quite different.

The Germans just need to spend a little more time with the Belgian monks, and then swim across to Great Britain to see how it really should be done.

As long as they bring their own schnitzel, else they’ll be stuck eating in a country which vies for the worst cuisine in the world.

Just getting them ready for when $15 an hour minimum wage doubles the price of their usual coffee.

When I was a kid racing motocross we would go up into Oregon where Coors was unavailable and guys would trade 2 or three sixpacks of beer for a sixer of my dad’s Coors.

I remember bringing a case from Arizona to Ohio back in the early 70s.

And you could only buy it in Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon when the delivery truck arrived, it was sold out for the week by that evening.

TO.MO.CA. Yrgacheffe from Ethiopia. Prepared via French Press. Ever since I first sipped this wondrous brew, all other coffee tastes like crap to me now.

Note: "In a small effort to give back to the country that has given us so much 10% of all purchases will be donated to Lifesong for Orphans. Lifesong provides Christ centered orphan care in Ethiopia."

Dang. Why can’t I come up with crap like this? Sort of like the folks that induce your kids to pay $30 to stuff and clothe a $2 teddy bear.
