WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- An 8-year-old is accused of stealing his mother's loaded gun and trying to rob a grocery store in Florida.
The boy is seen on surveillance video during the attempted robbery. He rode his bicycle to the store and is still wearing his helmet when he goes inside. He walked around for about a minute.
Authorities say he then pulled the gun, approached the cashier and a store employee told station WPBF he demanded money. Another employee managed to take the gun from him. WPBF reports the gun was loaded, but no bullet was in the chamber. The boy's mother, Eboni Alls, told the station her son told her he was going to the park to play.

There just might be a cultural/sociological pattern here. Yet, maybe I’m wrong...
8 year old kids follow examples of older siblings or grownups.
I didn’t know what ‘rob a store’ meant when I was 8. And my daddy put the fear of God in me if I ever dared tough a gun without him around.
Its upbringing.

As a child I had toy guns, several of them. My brothers had real ones and I knew how to load and shoot them.
We all played cops & robbers with the toys.
Never, not once did any of us even think of taking a real gun and go rob someone. Never.
It’s not gun owners, it’s not guns. The problem is our leftist culture of today is all about lack of respect, lack of values and just simply doing it if it feels good.

Interestingly enough, some urban-yoots from Midland-Odessa TX (where I reside) were arrested in Tennessee on murder charges recently. Jevonte and his brother Kevonte.
They likely have lost their BB scholarship.
Again, there might be a cultural/sociological pattern here but, I may be wrong.
At least they know now that they have a problem on their hands with this kid. They will deal with it very seriously now then they would of had this not happened.
