Yep. The only ways out for Hillary (and probably Bill now that they are supposedly investigating the Clinton Foundation) is to either die, have a major stroke or get pardoned.
There’s just too much damning evidence.
But don’t they actually have to be convicted to get a pardon? I am of the opinion that Barry and Val want them hanging in the wind as much as possible so they can wrest control of the party totally away from the Clintons and then let a new administration do all of their dirty work of throwing Bill and Hitlery in jail.
No. Nixon was pardoned without being convicted or impeached.
Having everyone involved in the clinton foundation makes them an accessory to the crime, so go have your carnival congressional hearings for the peoples enjoyment but nothing will come of it because we all have a reputation and a career to think about

If you look at the lack of technology sense on Hillary’s part....she’s not the one who cut-and-paste the classified...her junior associates were the ones. They would be brought in and face some federal judge. I think even if you asked her to cut-and-paste....she has no idea how to possibly do it. That’s how stupid she is, and why she’ll never face any court action.
Not mentioned: the fact that the very existence of the server itself is illegal and a smoking gun.

Pay-to-Play (Bribes/Payoffs) has always been the MO for the Clintons.
Both are guilty of Treason and should be hung in public...as a start to cleaning out the infestation.
My guess is Hitlary will run, lose and run to some foreign country with no extraditions allowed, manage the Clinton fortune from there and live happily ever after while Billy Bob continues making speeches on demand.
Kankles could have the smoking gun in her hand and it won’t make any difference. Nothing will happen to her. Someone else will take the fall.
Here's another observation, who else in Hillary's circle would have been provided access to those documents? Sid Blumenthal?

The real question is whether a pardon would have to be made public in order to take effect. I know, I know, there’s probably some “law” that requires a pardon to be published in the Federal Register, but that minor inconvenience could be easily overcome.
If Miss Hillary gets a private pardon, the current rumblings will quiet down. The only question then would be whether there are any principled resignations. Color me dubious.
AG Lynch surely got Comey to assign young and mid-career FBI agents to the “investigation.” Couldn’t risk having any agent nearing retirement with nothing to lose by leaking. A career in civil service is like the mafia’s omerta - you’re in for life.
Was it the camp guards of the Nazi extermination centers who were the guilty parties, or was it those who issued the orders that came from above, that was the real criminal act. The camp guards were “only following orders” (a command that was reinforced by severe punishment for NOT following orders), and their liability was considered in that light. But should those who sent down the orders for the extermination to be carried out be allowed to go free?
Herself is in the cross hairs. The political consideration now is whether the Current Regime will pull the trigger.
Perhaps Herself may be persuaded to “gracefully” resign from the race for the Democrat nomination, for “health reasons”.
Or Herself may continue to bluster the way through to the election.
That would not bode well for Democrats all up and down the ticket in November.

Actually, no. The Clintons could accomplish very little without the cover and protection of the media and fellow-traveler judges, Federal attorneys and Congressmen.
The arrogance of both Clintons would doom them on a 'level playing field'.
