I stop reading right there. The GOPe is steering people to Trump? Good grief. Trump-bashing is the daily norm. Actually, the pollster liars have been trying to steer people to Cruz, in hopes of bringing the more dangerous Trump down, although of course they prefer Rubio--but Rubio isn't doing well enough to stop Trump at this point.

If Cruz were to win the nomination, he would be Palinized with a couple of weeks. He would become a figure of scorn and ridicule. Go ahead, make their day.

If he could be Palinized, they would have done it by now.
If Trump gets the nomination, he gets the US population involved in cleaning out the DC sewer, both political parties. They lose control.
If Cruz gets the nomination, there's a much better chance he'll lose, and that's okay as long as there's no house cleaning in DC. But if Cruz wins? Well, he's already somewhat compromised with the kind of money-hungry campaign he's running and his proven inability to influence the US Senate from within. On trade and invader labor, he's just fine. On favoring big banks, he's got suspicious ties.
So for the elite, there is a "lesser of two evils". It's Cruz.
Trump is our once-in-a-century opportunity to save the nation. What is Ted Cruz's hurry? He'll still be young, and a more experienced leader in the US Senate, in four years.
I don’t know about the GOPe, but the left stream media would love a Trump/Clinton matchup; a matchup in which Trump’s inability to shut his pie hole would seal America’s fate with The Bish in the Oval Office.

I occasionally check out the top two Democrat forums to see what they're up to. What I see there suggests that most Democrats do not think Ted Cruz is even in the race.
The reality is that it would be the Scott Walker and Cruz people accusing each other of being fake Christian conservatives while Jeb sits easy at 45% in the polls.
Are you kidding? They only just begun.
That thought makes me ill.
