Obnoxious would be an improvement for my in-laws. I ceased subjecting myself to them years ago.
Does it cause problems that you avoid them?
My wife and I will have a nice quiet Christmas at home alone with our two dogs. There will be no arguments because non of “those people” are welcome at our house. And the feeling is mutual.
There are others who aren’t welcome for reasons other than political. Mostly messed up users who won’t get psychological help.
