That last one blew balls
The Expanse starts on Syfy tonight at 9 eastern.
I watched it early online and I’ll give it a few episodes for the story to develop.

The people that make these movies have never watched a single episode of the original series.
I only watch Defiance on Syfy now. Nothing have come close to BSG. Surprised that network is still on at times.

I have read the first three Expanse books, and the next two are on the shelf waiting their turn.
Very much enjoyed them, and hope that the series is a good representation of the story.
A series will (should) be much better than single shot movies, as there is so much to pack in.
Really. The Shat only blew it up once, and it mattered then.
J.J. Abrams isn’t involved, so there may not be blue-filtered lens flare galore.

50th Anniversary kick off
It was visually stunning and the low and zero G scenes were exceptionally well done.
I watched last night so it wouldn’t interfere with the season finale of Fargo tonight.
That new Spock sucks.
The Next Generation movies blew it up too, but no one watched those so it doesn't count.
