More than 190 countries had been negotiating the pact for four years after earlier attempts to reach such a deal failed.

The United States is a sovereign nation and not subject to these “International Agreements”. And any agreement the feds make internationally MUST conform to constitutional limitations.

So we have yet another impeachable offense. Treason for intentionally trying to bypass congress in international negotiations.

[[What does Congress have to say about it?]]

They will say

“Golly, (wringing hands together profusely) What can we do about this? It’s the law of the land now. We have an obligation as citizens of the United States to obey the law of the land. Our hands are tied”

The emergency could wait? That probably killed a few hundred right there...

On, I think is really all about the billions to be made on the Carbon Exchange. That means rich financiers want this. And they get what they want.

[[I think is really all about the billions to be made on the Carbon Exchange.]]

We’re talking trillions- remember, this is just what our country is going ot give to other nations, this doesn’t include the massive fines, taxes and regulations back here In the states that are already being imposed on businesses- and the massive cost increases we are all faced with as businesses pass along their costs to we the consumers

For once the Republicans need to put on their big boy pants and shoot this thieving scheme out from under Obama and his thieving pals. We gave the GOP the power they need but they refuse to use it. Old Horseface’s “deal” is not legally binding without the approval of Congress. If the pen and phone boi wants to force the issue, Congress needs to begin the impeachment process against him.

That tells me that this "deal" is not legally binding and either Trump or Cruz can tell the thieves at the U.N. that this isn't going to happen.
