The owners of popular Brooklyn pizza restaurant Frannyâs have begun adding a 3 percent surcharge to every check to cover the cost of employeesâ Affordable Care Act benefits. (Restaurateurs with 50 or more full-time staffers must provide coverage by 2016 or be fined up to $2,000 per employee.)

Pizza is really about the cheapest meal you can eat. I doubt anyone will notice an increase on cheap already. Use a company that will have a noticeable effect.
Face it lady, you are one of the evil one-percenters in the world of Obama.
Abortion On Toast
Lol! Exactly. That was about the worst example one could pick. A slice of pizza in NYC is typically around $2.50! 3% of that is 8 cents!

Liberal (non)Logic on full display.
A family of mice maybe.

How is that fair to smaller businesses?
It’s hard to find any of the good, quality ethnic food from the old days. Pizza, meatball heroes, knishes, corned beef/pastrami sandwiches, quality deli heroes on genuine Italian bread, etc.
I was born and raised on New York City's Lower East Side in the 50s and 60s, before we moved to a largely Italian section of Queens in 1970. There were so many excellent pizzerias around then. Nowadays, fur-get-bout-it! Hardly any good ones.
Big sigh!!!
One thing I miss from living in the Chicago area were the great old Polish smorgasbord’s they had. Salivating all over myself and my keyboa . . . ZAPPPPP!!!!
Depends. There are now a fair number of wood-fired genuine-type Neapolitan pizza places that charge 15-19 dollars for a personal pizza.
Obamacare! Is there anything it can’t do*?
*: Screw up....
Stop excusing the confiscation. Stop excusing the cost.
