Yes, most side dishes like that will freeze quite well (dressing, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole). It’s a shame to waste such good food. We’ll crave it again in a few days. :-) Of course, it will also keep in the fridge for several days, as it is.
It is a shame, I would normally never be so wasteful, especially the homemade dressing! I will definitely never do that again now that I know. Christmas will b here soon and it is the same meal so I will make sure I freeze all left-overs.
