It is a shame, I would normally never be so wasteful, especially the homemade dressing! I will definitely never do that again now that I know. Christmas will b here soon and it is the same meal so I will make sure I freeze all left-overs.

You bet! In fact, most foods freeze well—the meats, turkey, gravy, etc. You think about the frozen dinners in the supermarket. Same deal. :-)
