I’ve never baked a turkey before, because (1) I don’t like turkey very much, and (2) I’ve always gone to family dinners where someone else did the turkey. But, for the first time I did find a recipe for an apple cider brined turkey breast. It was good, although I prefer the dark meat. With just me and Keith, a breast was too big, as it was.
If you like dark meat you will probably like duck. I get them cheap at costco, very good and easy.
