If you like dark meat you will probably like duck. I get them cheap at costco, very good and easy.
Ah, duck’s too greasy and gamey. Keith doesn’t really like turkey, either. The white meat’s too dry. Chicken is WAY better than turkey, in our opinion. The best way to have a turkey is to fry it. THEN, the thing is super juicy.
