I got everyone together and had them listen to the Phil Harris show from last week. Like times gone by. About 12 of us. It was fun.

I’ve never baked a turkey before, because (1) I don’t like turkey very much, and (2) I’ve always gone to family dinners where someone else did the turkey. But, for the first time I did find a recipe for an apple cider brined turkey breast. It was good, although I prefer the dark meat. With just me and Keith, a breast was too big, as it was.
