My mother liked him...and she was born in 32

I like up till the Disco shite especially Faces stuff

My wife liked his arse

The stomach pump rumour is likely the grossest ever and also obviously 100% total bull crap

The guy is one serious tailsman.....the list he’s bedded is a work of envy by any measurement

Yet with all that prowess one broke his heart....this last babe is great but I think the one who hurt him bad still was his big one

It happens

And the guy still can play regulation field football at what 66-67?

Amazing

I was a huge RS fan up until the Maggie May album when he trended disco/main stream. Rod could really sing ballads well and that may be why today he likes standards/Sam Cooke classics.

I saw The Faces (with Ron Wood) in 1971 or so at my unversity. Such high energy! And soccer balls flying into the crowd all night long. Rod was quite the showman!

Thanks for the post to send me back 45 or so years!!

My wife is a huge Stewart fan, and we went to one of his concerts a few years ago. I can take him or leave him, but he does put on a good show. Don't like his songs much.

However, what I find very interesting is Stewart's rock voice is quite different from his standards and ballads voice.

I’d like you to consider Loggins and Messina. They weren’t together long, but they made some great music.

I say look at the right side of the YouTube page for his best (all) work.
Personally, I am a long time Stewart fan - ALL of his stuff; from rock to ballad covers.
The guy is versatile. And good.
