If there’s anything to be learned from the Ray Rice and Greg Hardy incidents, aside from the fact that photographic evidence seems to make all the difference when it comes to outrage, it’s that there still are blurry lines when it comes to women who are violent against men.
Take Ronda Rousey, for instance. The UFC fighter/budding movie star joked about Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s past when she said after besting him for an ESPY last summer, “I wonder how Floyd feels to be beat by a woman for once.â€

I don’t get the appeal of watching a woman fight. Tell me guys (who watch her) what do you enjoy about it? Personally I find the whole genre of women fighters completely uninteresting.
Suppose a guy discovered that another guy took nude photos of him. Wouldn't a beat down be expected? Just sayin'.
And, if that's what really happened, then this guy was messing with the wrong woman.

I’m sorry she made a remark about beating him for an award. Unless she actually slugged the guy I don’t see how this is comparable to the other situations.

You can’t begin to equate Hardy beating on a woman to Rousey trying to leave and being stopped. Had she stayed (or any woman) then she would be in a position where she might be the next victim.

I agree. I just don’t think Mayweather could handle her (in the ring). There was a call for just such a bout after her last pro fight. I don’t know if anything came from it.
She beat up her MMA boyfriend? Twice? Sounds like he used exceptional restraint.
Or he sucks at MMA.
So the female Seal at 137lbs with 68” reach and 7 fights clobbers the male Seal who is 147lbs with 72” reach with 49 wins (26 TKOs).
I take it that you don’t win many fight bets.
