And that is the harsh fact. If you don't push back, whoever is pushing you will keep it up until you do. Be they zombies, bullies, or liberals (but I repeat myself). You can't just huddle inside your "sanctuary" and hope the Bad goes away. It won't. You have to take the fight to it, and be prepared for losses along the way.

Well, you haven’t watched it then. Walkers only die by killing the brain. And since there are millions, no, a “few tanks” won’t do it.
In some ways, the “Fear” series is even better because those people have the added problem of not understanding the problem. To them, there is still a “cure,” there is still “quarantine,” etc.
Without a supply chain of spare parts and skilled maintainers and operators, most high-tech military equipment would be useless in the Zombie Apocalypse.
It doesn't help that most of the maintenance publications are on secure internet sites and "tough book" laptops. I work on Navy helicopters. The Navy, and I assume the rest of the military as well, have come to rely almost exclusively on electronic media. Without electricity, maintenance would grind to a halt.

I only am familiar with the program because my Woman pleaded with me to indulge her and catch up in order that we could later discuss the show. She is a big fan and I am a relatively disinterested viewer though the interpretation of the events portrayed are of some intrigue and most certainly my interest in TWD is enhanced after reading your above post on the subject.

The Alexandria community was supposed to be a planned community for sustainability (agenda 21), with planned power source, etc.
The person in charge at Alexandria, Deanna Monroe, had a few lines that led the viewers to believe that she was a socialist and she said to Rick at the beginning of season #5 — “the communists won”.
The community was supposed to be the “utopia” that is often proclaimed by socialists. After the death of her husband, Deanna realized that the socialist utopia was not going to succeed and allowed Rick to lead in many areas.
This realization was personal for Deanna, and very real.

Again, burning them doesn’t kill them. Would be easy if it did. Only a blow to the brain. Lots of scenes with burning dead attacking people. Do you watch the series? Pretty well thought out. Even a nuke which didn’t vaporize a walker wouldn’t kill him.
She could kill some zombies with them shoes!
I have noticed, though, that this season the zombies are looking really bad. This would make sense, since, even tho they are still walking around, they are also still rotting.

You do not have to kill them to get around safe you just have to not let them get at you to bite...
You want to drive dowe the road safe..put a cow catcher on your car
you want to clear the road get a snow plow...y
You want to wade it to them.. get a dam suit of armor or some other bite proof suit .....it only teeth you're worried about if they get up and close and bite you...
you was to kill them...any good farm reaper that that mow and crop about six foot high would do the trick...
Let take a tank ...a walker can not stop a tank. It can not hurt you.in a tank.. so big wooop that tanks gun.is not the most efficient method of killing the off..but.it you put a mine flail on the front like they did in WW 2... you could just mow through ..really you.do not even need a tank.. and good liften.4×4...walker can not climb up ......speaking of cars why are these idiots driving around in little econo boxes?.. get 4x4 Big Stuff walkers aren't going to stop... if you can four-wheel through mud or snow or over boulders ...you can four wheel over piles of walker
