Apple pulled iFixit's app from the Apple App Store and banned the company as a developer after they violated their Non-disclosure Agreement when they took tore down the Apple TV Apple had sent them for free as an Apple Developer and PUBLISHED the tear-down details in advance of the release date, showing photographs and internal components in violation of that NDA. Apple pulled their developer status and all their apps since they chose to violate their signed contract. PING!
Apple PULLS iFixIt App
when iFixIT violates NDA and
publishes proprietary Apple TV data
in advance of release date.

That was monumentally dumb on the part of the Fixit crew. Developers are supposed to honor their NDAs. What a bunch of maroons.
BTW, the Apple red logo image isn't loading, just spins waiting for the site. http://www.findthatlogo.com/ appears to be down as of 06:08 EDT
