Yep. The problem is so much deeper than education and economics. Poorly educated women suffer the same conditions.
Men and Women, particularly in urban areas, are not motivated to raise children as a primary goal.
A substantial segment of the population is not seeking to perpetuate itself. They are not living lives they deem worthy of passing on. Their values are transient or purely self centered. They are godless and unprincipled.
When God is taken out of people’s lives their reason for living is diminished.
Nice catch. Yeah, once you do find one to care about and provide an extra measure of security which can benefit the two of you - she loses all respect for you and is down the road in a heartbeat.
Leave them to their own devices is what I recommend.

You might be on to something. The low birthrate in Japan and the rise of herbivore men (guys who choose not to date or get married) also mirrors the stagnant growth over there for the last 20 years.
Aging is relentless. If you don’t marry well within a scant 10 year window (which really isn’t long), options and benefits dwindle fast.

One of the reasons that women are more likely to be "part of the labor force" is because it allows them to add financial support to the socialist monster that we have created in this country. So the Dem politicians aided by the Marxist MSM do everything they can to discourage marriage and encourage the creation of more female taxpayers.
Ask yourself if you believe that women today are happier with their lot than the average 50's mom. I doubt it.
Ask em again when they're 40 and the only "men' interested in them are teenaged boys with mommy issues and male cats

Reading that “article”.. all I could think of was... lack of morals, declining birthrate, expecting quality options while hanging out in a bar, selfishness, career before family. what a mess. who would even want women who thinks like this?
Aging is MUCH HARDER on women than men - in every respect
First they set things up so males are at a disadvantage in applying for jobs or college, then they wail about not finding a man who can give them the lifestyle they desire.
Most girls are a combination of overweight, tatt’d to the point of ridiculous, diseased from all those “hookups”, in major debt with college loans for their minimum wage jobs, did I mention fat?, attitudes beyond childish, immature, arrogant, self centered, did I mention fat?, and uncultured.
What ever happened to feminine? Or mature? Or educated? Or financial responsible? or beautiful? Or motherly? Who wants children with a child?
Most women in their 20’2 today can’t fund a decent guy , due to the fact that most 20 plus women are nothing short of arrogant, all about me, and do it my way. They cannot see things form a different perspective, they are two faced, and want it all while the men should shut p and take it. That is another reason why many women at that age up in the north east are going for the girlie softy pansy type of guys.
You touch on a point I bring up often. The "Great Society" program of the 1960s made a very socially destructive form of behavior possible. Giving money and housing to unmarried welfare recipients not only creates future criminals and future parasites, it encourages exactly the wrong sort of behavior. (promiscuity) Back when there were bad consequences for being loose, we had a lot less of it.
This disaster has LBJ stamped all over it.
I recently a 6 month course at college and boy was that an eye opener.
Most of the women were in their 20’s and I will say what I think. They were the biggest egotistical, all about me bitches I have ever come across. They were two faced, pretend to be a friend to another girl only to back stab here two mins later. They were full of drama, couple of them were caught sending nude photo;s of themselves over texting.
One would volunteer at a place where some guys wanted to work and she would tell these guys how she knows people and they had to be nice to her in order to get a job there.
My misses is my age in her early 40’s and she has seen a difference in the younger generation of females today and is appalled by it.
They do not realize their looks won't last, and about the time they will want some real fulfillment in life, they will likely have tossed away their opportunities to get some.
They will reach their forties and wonder why they are so depressed and unhappy, and why nothing they ever did in their earlier life holds any real meaning for them.
Why do these women’s philosophies bring to mind a Used Car Lot, with a big sign out front,

I don’t think it could have anything to do with the economy.
History if full of poor people getting married.
