Hillary has repeatedly said she did not have sex with, re, wait, she said she did not send or receive classified docs thru her server. Ok, then there should be a clear record somewhere of all the classified docs to/from her on a secure server somewhere. Latest release shows another 150+ classifieds on the Clinton Foundation server...wow...
If so, where is the secure server that The Secretary of State used?
But she REALLY, REALLY didn’t know they were, oh what do you call them...........oh, classified. No warrants, no US Marshals dispatched.
And why won’t the MSM ask her this simple question?

IF Hillary Rotten Clinton claims she received NO classified information via her ‘private server’ then where DID she receive classified data, via what network and device?

Local news here in DC again ran a statement that hrc’s e-mails have been ‘retroactively’ classified. That is NOT repeat NOT the truth. The information was “born classified” and then someone retyped it into an e-mail to hrc WITHOUT the classification markings. That is ILLEGAL as it is for her to knowingly recieve improperly marked classified information and not reporting it.
Just as big an issue, maybe even bigger is the MSM lack of pressing her on this...why do they not? We all know why...just really crappy to see...
1) Who transported Hillary’s server from NY to NJ? Did the Secret Service (who Hilary insists had been guarding it since it was really Bill’s Lie-Berry/Foundation asset) accompany and supervise the transport of the server? Per the interview with Platte River Networks, did they just take it, lock it up, not power it up, connect it to the internet, or not have it functioning as an active email server? Was there continuity of server activity between May 2013 to August 2015, or did the server go off-line starting in June 2013?
2) Who received actual server in NJ - the name of the Platte River Networks employee/technician? What WAS it - make/model/form factor, etc.? Did the Clinton Foundation (or issuer of the RFP on Hillary’s behalf) indicate that the company that would provide data services be qualified to handle national-security-level data?
3) In various interviews and reports, Platte River Networks repeatedly stated they were to “upgrade, manage, and secure” the server. What - specifically - does that mean?
4) What did Hillary’s RFP/contract instruct the data center to do specifically?
5) Does Platte River Networks have sufficient security clearance to handle this type of contract?
6) What were the firewall protocols in place at the time?
7) Who - by name - had access to the server, and the administrative authorization to wipe and cleanse the server? When was that done? Does “upgrade, manage, and secure” the server mean that Platte River Networks was given the task to remove all data from the server when it received it in June 2013?
8) Was malware or antivirus also on the server? Was the inherent firewall, virus protection, or operating system “upgraded, managed, and secured”? Any incidents reported such as DOS attack, hacking, etc.? What were they? How were they resolved?
9) Other than arranging for the server to be moved from NY to NJ, what was the Denver company contracted to do in relation to maintaining the server? What tangible evidence is there that the server arrived in functioning condition, was being used as an email server, was “upgraded, managed, and secured”, then wiped just prior to seizure by the FBI? Did Platte River Networks set up a “mirror” server, wipe out a dummy server, and send the zombie server to the FBI?
10) Were normal and regular backup procedures executed on the server, and where would the back ups be kept? If no backups were taken, was there a disaster recovery location? Where was that? If no backups and no disaster recovery, what was the plan if the equipment failed or found to have been wiped of any functionality?
11) Were any foreign nationals employed at Platte River Networks that had access to the Clinton server?
I’ve asked this same question myself.
I once heard her say something about “secure channels.” But, if she were to say in more detail what she meant, how she could access them while traveling with an unsecured phone and tablet (State says she never got their secured Blackberry), it might make her story of “unclassified material only” on the Clinton server less fantastic.

QUESTION: Can anyone give an example, even a hypothetical one, where information written in an unsecured email can be unclassified two years ago, but today is instantly classified? How does that work? Regardless of how it is labeled, if the content was deemed "open" two years ago, how is it classified today?

And that is why we need a “Fairness Doctrine” written by Conservatives. First thing would be to put laws in place that prevent the media from doing this. I would go so far as to create a law whereby the media offers any opinion that isn’t “news” they needs to say that. “This is leftwing opinion by Maureen Dowd.” Force papers to splash that across the page.
Then I would add a “sedition” law that says any paper that promotes politics, that either lies to the American people or advocates on behalf of a candidate whose politics are not in line with our Constitution is guilty of sedition.
The penalty is forfeiture of their first amendment rights.
I assume they all have a proctologist on retainer.
