Hillary has repeatedly said she did not have sex with, re, wait, she said she did not send or receive classified docs thru her server. Ok, then there should be a clear record somewhere of all the classified docs to/from her on a secure server somewhere. Latest release shows another 150+ classifieds on the Clinton Foundation server...wow...

Local news here in DC again ran a statement that hrc’s e-mails have been ‘retroactively’ classified. That is NOT repeat NOT the truth. The information was “born classified” and then someone retyped it into an e-mail to hrc WITHOUT the classification markings. That is ILLEGAL as it is for her to knowingly recieve improperly marked classified information and not reporting it.

1) Who transported Hillary’s server from NY to NJ? Did the Secret Service (who Hilary insists had been guarding it since it was really Bill’s Lie-Berry/Foundation asset) accompany and supervise the transport of the server? Per the interview with Platte River Networks, did they just take it, lock it up, not power it up, connect it to the internet, or not have it functioning as an active email server? Was there continuity of server activity between May 2013 to August 2015, or did the server go off-line starting in June 2013?
2) Who received actual server in NJ - the name of the Platte River Networks employee/technician? What WAS it - make/model/form factor, etc.? Did the Clinton Foundation (or issuer of the RFP on Hillary’s behalf) indicate that the company that would provide data services be qualified to handle national-security-level data?

3) In various interviews and reports, Platte River Networks repeatedly stated they were to “upgrade, manage, and secure” the server. What - specifically - does that mean?

4) What did Hillary’s RFP/contract instruct the data center to do specifically?

5) Does Platte River Networks have sufficient security clearance to handle this type of contract?

6) What were the firewall protocols in place at the time?

7) Who - by name - had access to the server, and the administrative authorization to wipe and cleanse the server? When was that done? Does “upgrade, manage, and secure” the server mean that Platte River Networks was given the task to remove all data from the server when it received it in June 2013?

8) Was malware or antivirus also on the server? Was the inherent firewall, virus protection, or operating system “upgraded, managed, and secured”? Any incidents reported such as DOS attack, hacking, etc.? What were they? How were they resolved?

9) Other than arranging for the server to be moved from NY to NJ, what was the Denver company contracted to do in relation to maintaining the server? What tangible evidence is there that the server arrived in functioning condition, was being used as an email server, was “upgraded, managed, and secured”, then wiped just prior to seizure by the FBI? Did Platte River Networks set up a “mirror” server, wipe out a dummy server, and send the zombie server to the FBI?

10) Were normal and regular backup procedures executed on the server, and where would the back ups be kept? If no backups were taken, was there a disaster recovery location? Where was that? If no backups and no disaster recovery, what was the plan if the equipment failed or found to have been wiped of any functionality?

11) Were any foreign nationals employed at Platte River Networks that had access to the Clinton server?

QUESTION: Can anyone give an example, even a hypothetical one, where information written in an unsecured email can be unclassified two years ago, but today is instantly classified? How does that work? Regardless of how it is labeled, if the content was deemed "open" two years ago, how is it classified today?

You have to remember this is Clinton speak. Her actual words are "I did not send or receive emails marked classified". Meaning someone had removed the classified markings before she got them. I've heard this mentioned before. Whoever did that (Huma?) is the one you want to get under oath and make them squeal like a pig.

Who said she ever received classified material via email? Surely, she probably received it via carrier pigeon, or something like that. Maybe via those inter office mail envelopes, you know the ones with names scribbled on the front for each person that used the envelope in the past.

Yes, there’s no reason to think she actually did any official business in email! It’s not like she needed access to such to do her job or anything. After all, it doesn’t take too many emails to simply say “arm the rebels!”, hoping of course the rebels armed really were on our side (oopsies!).

Now, I have a huge giant “sarc tag” for all of what I wrote above, I bought it in bulk from SAM’S Club, just for such bulk sarcasm times. Where did I put it....

Over a month ago I heard an elderly woman point this out to Rush - and since then no one has picked this up - it’s the giant-killer question - someone has to ask her!

“Mrs. Clinton - as Secretary of State, it was your duty and responsibility to daily handle known and marked classified material.

If you didn’t handle this on your server, on what server did you handle it?”

AS DR DUDE POSTULATED: Why would the Clinton Foundation have classified emails in their possession? ANSWER: Because they generated the huge amounts of money the Clintons pocketed via bribes, honoraria, foundation donations, insider business deals, consultancies, etc...

That explains why people pledged hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation---b/c they got valuable US intel in return.

names of uranium investors who donated to the Clinton Foundation:

Canadian Frank Giustra--donated $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more to the Clinton Foundation. Giustra built a company that later merged with Uranium One.

Ian Telfer--Canadian donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation
Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.

Paul Reynolds--donated $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later helped raise $260 million for the company.

Frank Holmes---donated $250,000 to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.

Neil Woodyer---donated $50,000 to $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Adviser to Uranium One. Founded Endeavour Mining with Mr. Giustra.

Some Clinton Foundation donors and board members’ shady dealings and criminal convictions are legendary. The blockbuster “Clinton Cash” book details the buck-raking couple’s sordid circle.

•The SEC charged a Clinton Foundation trustee with misallocating $9.5M from his database company. Shareholders sued for using the company jet to fly the Clintons around and paying Bill Clinton a $3M consulting fee.

• A Clinton Foundation trustee was accused of paying Bahraini executives (roughly $52 million) to win sales contracts for US-based Alcoa which later settled with the DOJ for $384M.

• A Clinton Foundation trustee donated to Hillary’s campaigns...gave the Clintons millions in honoraria and millions more to the foundation. The trustee was arrested for allegedly defrauding a bank. He pleaded guilty in a Bklyn court to “funneling more than $180,000 in illegal contributions to three federal candidates,” Hillary among them.

• An Indian legislator sat at the head table at the Clinton Global Initiative and dined privately with the Clintons at their home. He gave between $1-5 million to the Clinton Foundation....then was arrested for bribing members of parliament WRT a US-Indian nuclear-technology agreement....he was booted from his party, ending his political career.

• Venezuelan Claudio Osorio fundraised for Hillary and supported the Clinton Global Initiative. He falsified federal applications and bilked US taxpayers to score a loan of $10M tax dollars to build homes in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Osorio was convicted of financial fraud, using federal “humanitarian assistance for personal benefit,” and got 12 years in federal prison.

• He was on the federal terrorist no-fly list yet a Lebanese-British businessman donated $460,000 to Miami Democrats for voter-registration and attended the Clintons’ WH Christmas party. He was later convicted of money-laundering and “aiding a criminal organization WRT billions of dollars stolen from Nigeria. The Lebanese businessman’s company pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative. The eco-minded Clinton awarded him a prize for “sustainable development.”

Several ‘data points’....

1. Classified data should exist on classified computer systems that have firewalls that prevent unclassified systems from ‘seeing’ the system. Also - the classified computer system can’t send stuff to unclassified systems. (recall during the Clinton administration, Wen Ho Lee was accused of transferring classified nuclear weapons design information to his unclassified computer....connected to the internet, and his Chinese ‘masters’ could sluice the data from the Unclassified computer.)

2. When someone sits down at an unclassified computer and generates an e-mail, that person is capable of quoting from classified e-mails or memos and when he sits an e-mail, it had classified data, and the sending of the e-mail represents a breach of protocols (and violation of the law) to transmit classified information. (The person can only send to other unclassified computers, because the firewall prevents classified and unclassified computers from sharing.)

3. Hillary can claim that she didn’t knowingly send or receive classified data, but that is pure bunk. As in #2 - she gets classified briefings, classified data via secure Fax or someone hands her hard copy with classified information. For her to send out data that knowingly fits the characterization as classified means she broke the law. If she sees classified data (even if it isn’t marked as such) - she would be legally required to notified security and have security evaluate the breach AND the IT department would attempt to trace back the classified e-mail to the source and also other recipients, and ‘scrub’ the systems and temporary servers of the classified data. For Hillary to maintain her own server meant she had no security and ability to monitor for breaches and to fix breaches.

4. If classified information is on Hillary’s e-mail server and she claims it wasn’t classified when she received it...means she is either extremely corrupt or totally clueless. (Maybe both??) Each agency (State, Defense, etc.) will have CLEAR guidelines on what type information requires more treatment and should be classified (either Confidential, Secret or Top Secret). Every person in that agency receives regular training on what constitutes classified information. It is not ‘someone else’s job’ ...EVERYONE is responsible for flagging possibly classified information and getting prompt action taken to remove it from UNCLAS systems and ‘repair the breech.’
