I thought justice is what happens after a crime is committed.
For all our ubitiquitous "law enforcement presence", I have yet to see them move to arrest "Felony" Clinton or Lois Lerner.
Why is that? They afraid Hillary! or the White House gonna put the hurt on 'em?
