The many feuds of Donald Trump, diagrammed
Washington Post ^ | 8-26-2015 | Philip Bump

Posted on 08/26/2015 11:09:21 AM PDT by Citizen Zed

Over the course of the 71 days that Trump has been running, he's picked fights with and picked on his opponents, members of the media, various companies and even NASCAR. Trump has repeatedly claimed to be "the most militaristic person ever." If measured in willingness to start fights, he may actually have a claim to that title.

If one is known by one’s enemies, that's a pretty good list.

Oh, the WaPo!! Just one problemo.....they’ve got their story line wrong....

Trump hasn’t “picked fights with and picked on his opponents, members of the media, various companies and even NASCAR”....they picked the fights with him, to try and become relevant.

NO SALE!

Yep...and he has slapped all of them down...specifically the Wash. Compost and all of their commie buddies!

Trump/Nascar (Camping World Truck Series)

The disassociation of ESPN and NASCAR with the Trump Organization was covered by the press in headlines all over the world as though it was a major setback for me. Really? What were the losses?

One NASCAR banquet in a magnificent ballroom at Trump National Doral in Miami for which I will keep their very substantial deposit and rent the ballroom to someone else that night––in other words, two fees instead of one (NASCAR has already apologized to me)!

In the case of ESPN, they cancelled a simple golf outing at my course, Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, perhaps the most valuable parcel of land in all of golf.

Likewise, they lost a large deposit. I will now let people use the course on that day, receiving substantial additional greens fee income. Again, I get two fees instead of one. This is the big deal built up by the press on ESPN and NASCAR––a banquet and a golf outing.

Headlines blared all over the world, “ESPN and NASCAR Dropping Trump”––Give me a break! All of this because of my strong stance on illegal immigration during my run for President…Make America Great Again!

It's ironic that Trump is using the same strategy that made Chris Christie so popular in New Jersey back in 2009.

For all his faults, Christie accomplished something that I never dreamed possible in American politics. He effectively reduced the teacher's union to a level of popularity comparable to arsonists and child molesters. He did it by standing up to them and humiliating them over the idiocy of their public statements and their politics.

As a graphic, that’s incredibly lame. Just pointing fingers and circles. No insight, no cleverness, no fun.

Go Trump!

This just in. Trump is campaigning against other candidates and much of the media is biased.

Here is my take on “The Donald”

The rest of the candidates do not have the balls, the stones, the huevos, the fortitude, the spine, the single minded drive, the FU money nor the power to take on the GOPe, the CoC, the MSM and the Corruptocrats and leave them crying and asking what in the hell just happened. Why does my butt hurt so much?

Trump does, and he has shown us he has no problem putting a lot of butt hurt into the aforementioned groups.

Do I trust Trump 100%? No!! Is he the only one who isn’t funded by the CoC or other self interested big donors? Yes!! Walker is a good man. I see that. I saw him hold out against immense pressure in Wisconsin. Cruz is a better man. Saw him stand up to leadership, and call them liars. They have taken on sacred cows. I give them that.

Trump has been skewering the sacred cows on his lance as he rushes enemy positions. The mans frigging lance looks like a shish kebab. Walker and Cruz showed fortitude before they started running. Since, not so much. Trump is slaying the opposition, and driving their women and children before him before salting their fields.

He is a flawed man, but as I said, the Lord works in mysterious ways. A lot of us have been praying for a Dirty Harry style ass kicker to represent us. That is why he will win.

Why do you not trust Trump? I keep reading that over and over again from various posters, and I just want to know why? Do you trust other politicians? If so which ones? Pelosi? Reid? Boehner? McConnell? Obama? Jeb Bush?

Notice how the Washington Post doesn’t include themselves in the story? Even though they continually attack Trump.

Trump told the truth and then was continually attacked. These “fights” were started by others. Trump merely responded and refused to back down.

Exactly. They pick fights with him and he responds in kind, only stronger. Golly, a Rep who actually fights back. Can't have that. Better to have kigmys and shmoos like the Bushes who will not fight back. And they actually seem to enjoy it.

While Trump assured me that he thinks Bush is “a nice person,” he has told friends in private that his animosity is personal. According to one friend, Trump blames Bush and Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim for Univision’s decision in June to cancel a $13.5 million contract with Trump to televise his Miss USA pageant. Five days later, Slim scrapped a deal with Trump to develop shows in Mexico. Trump responded by filing a $500 million lawsuit against Univision. “Trump believes it all goes back to Jeb,” the friend says. “He thinks Jeb and his wife, Columba, are close with Carlos Slim and Univision got pressure from Slim operatives.” In a move that further confirmed Trump’s suspicions, Univision has hired Miguel Estrada, a Washington lawyer with deep Bush ties.

Is he the only one who isn’t funded by the CoC or other self interested big donors? Yes!!

Trump IS funded by a self-interested big donor who has been playing the political money game, buying politicians and favors, for decades, and brags about it even today. He looks on those political purchases with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
