Chelsea stopped taking her medicine and is in need of medical attention.
For her sake, I hope she was headed off to her biological mother's house and arrived safely. If not, being bi-polar and off her medicine can have disastrous consequences........
I have a close friend whose two children were bi-polar and the son committed suicide. The daughter, when she was younger, was a basket case until they were finally able to get her under control medically..............
My prayers go out to Chelsea too.........
