Brenham, TX, August 17, 2015 – Blue Bell Creameries announced today it will begin distributing ice cream to select markets on Monday, August 31.
Blue Bell has notified the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state health officials in Alabama and Texas of its plan to re-enter select markets on a limited basis.

I love their slogan.. We eat all we can and sell the rest. Anytime I can’t find my Rocky Road I wonder how much they ate.
I eat very little ice cream, it’s what I like to eat when I’m sick, and I rarely get sick. But I’ll break my fast when Blue Bell comes back :)

Used to love them but not anymore. How filthy were their factories that it took them so long to clean them?

I don’t always eat ice cream but when I do, I always eat Blue Bell.
I’m still on suicide watch. Bluebell isn’t coming to Louisiana until September sometime. :(
Meh. HEB Creamy Creations is much better than Blue Bell, IMO.

Michael Berry was talking about Blue Bell today and said if you want to know what the ice cream really tastes like, eat only their plain Vanilla and then you’ll only buy Blue Bell. You’re right it’s absolutely the best. Been rationing our stash out a spoon full at a time as we filled the freezer up with half gallons when they started taking the small sizes off the market. Maybe can make what we have left last until Friday so they’d better hurry up with the new!!! My grandson says my not having Blue Bell is worse than my running out of my meds. LOL.
Blue Bell has to much ice granules, we just got Tillamook ice cream out here, which is more dense and creamy
OK, that does it. Somebody that knows how needs to set up a vote thread here on FR so we can have an election for the best ice cream. All nominees will be eligible except personally made custom ice cream.
We can settle this once and for all. hehe

From my first taste of Blue Bell’s Natural Vanilla Bean, I was hooked for life. I’ve been dying for it to come back. No other brand can compare. Unfortunately, according to the article and video, Florida will be last in getting it back.
I got the idea for the post from MB. They just started broadcasting his and Matt Patricks shows up here in the DFW on KFXR 1190.
