Elisa Bellandi is a 'smart and beautiful' teenager according to her doting father. Like many 14-year-olds around the world her favourite band is One Direction and she loves singing.
Elisa dreams of one day being a lawyer or psychologist. And it is not hard to understand why. Because in many ways she is very different from many teenagers.
She has had to come to terms with the knowledge that not only was she a 'mistake' baby, conceived when her mother had already passed 40, but that she survived both a miscarriage and a failed abortion.

There have to be some incredible plans for her in her future if she survived being born to a mother passed 40, as well as surviving a miscarriage and failed abortion.

The Bellandis argue the hospital is responsible for Elisa's birth and should pay for her upbringing.Seems to me, the people who are responsible are the people having having sexual intercourse...

these people are from Planet Dumbass:
"I am not trying to become a millionaire. I just want enough for my daughter to be able to study. In Italy the children have to take on their parents' debts when they die. I dont want that for her Father Giuseppe
how does one counter "logic" like that???

ignorant author..
a miscarriage is a “spontaneous abortion” something hat just happens with no “help” from any “doctor”
However a miscarriage is the baby suddenly leaving the womb and being born into the world and usually in the first trimester. so the child doesn’t survive..
an abortion other than a miscarriage, is a deliberate act by a “doctor” to kill the baby in the womb or outside it...this is what happened to the girl but she survived..
after the time a baby could survive outside the womb, its not called a miscarriage but premature birth..
Like I said...ignorant author..

Her parents were too damned stupid to find a fire station?
