Obama foot soldiers Tommy Vietor, Dan Pfeiffer and Jon Favreau may have made common cause with Holocaust-denying radical Twelvers hoping to obtain nuclear weapons to threaten millions of Jews, but that doesnt mean you should be fooled by their frustration. And you definitely shouldnt be fooled by the theater surrounding Chuck Schumers opposition to the presidents Iran deal.
Schumer offered a detailed, 1600-word justification for his opposition to the deal and, in the most obsequious and gentle way imaginable, pointed out an abundance of falsehoods Obamas been peddling regarding the deal.

Obama can afford to let Schumer cater to his base and “oppose” the deal. Obama can afford as many as twelve Democratic defections in the Senate and still not have his veto overridden. It will of course make it more difficult for Schumer to one day lead the Senate Democrats but considering his opposition, he will. Face it. This “deal” will not become American law but it will become policy until a new Administration chooses to alter or change it. The real significance of this “deal” is that it marks the beginning of the end of coercive American involvement in the affairs of the region. American disengagement is Israel’s primordial fear.
Chuckie is the greasiest weasel on the hill.He’s working some angle on this,we just don’t what it is yet.
Unfortunately, many Israelis who should know better see Schumer’s opposition as hopeful ...
