The entire internet is a massive spy operation.
Don't allow your computer or laptop or tablet or smartphone to connect to the internet.
Better yet, don't buy a computer, and if you already have any, take a hammer to them and destroy them thoroughly.

It is a gradual roll out, some may have to wait up to a month, I haven’t got my notification yet, but in no hurry as I still have my test copy running in a virtual machine.

Do you have more than 640k of Ram?
High end 486's are all that is required to do quality word processing and audio. HD video needs more hardware and software , 64bit is good. Programming can be well done without Win 10. Web surfing works well with Android tablets and iPads. DRM works best with Win10 as does background NSA monitoring.
It all depends on what you need a computer to do and how much control you wish to have over your personal hardware, data, and software.
