Garland Terrorist Allegedly Bought Fast and Furious Handgun

One of the terrorists involved in the attack on the Mohammad Art Exhibit and Contest in Garland, Texas, was allegedly allowed to purchase a 9mm handgun from a gun store that is connected to the infamous Fast and Furious gun program run by the Obama Administration in 2010. The pistol was reported to have been purchased at Lone Wolf Trading Co. located in Phoenix.

Lone Wolf was known at the time by gun smugglers to be a store that would sell firearms illegally, according to a report by Richard Serrano with the Chicago Tribune. Nadir Soofi, one of the two terrorists killed during the attack in Garland, had a history of misdemeanor drug and assault charges, the Tribune reported. That could have made him ineligible to legally purchase a gun. While in the Lone Wolf store, Soofi allegedly fudged some facts on the federal firearms form required for gun purchases in a licensed gun store.

Almost made it sound like the Obama administration provided one of the guns used in the attack against Pam Gellar. That wouldn’t have surprised me one bit

No wonder now why the FBI refused to help Pam Geller.

The FBI and DOJ provided the gun for the attempted murder.
They also knew of the attempted murders in advance.
There is no shame and no patriotism in DC.

Yup, so Fast and Furious is about terrorists. Doesn't surprise me either.

It’s long past time to begin the hangings. And that is not a metaphor in any way whatsoever for those in the NSA who may be reading.

These days, "patriotism" (fealty to the established government order) is for suckers.

You probably already know the NWO intention to eradicate patriotism. "One world order" demands absence of fealty to any particular "country" or "region."

Anyway, agreed. There is no patriotism in DC. DC doesn't have any respect for the constitution that established it.

Didn't you hear about all the indictments and convictions that Issa got from his fierce investigations?

Problem is we’ve become desensitized to the hits - they have overwhelmed us with the travesties.

Lone Wolf was “forced” to sell the guns.

Andre Howard owns the Lone Wolf gun store in Glendale, Ariz., part of Operation… (Carlos Chavez, Arizona…)

Reporting from Glendale and Rio Rico, Ariz. — In the fall of 2009, ATF agents installed a secret phone line and hidden cameras in a ceiling panel and wall at Andre Howard’s Lone Wolf gun store. They gave him one basic instruction: Sell guns to every illegal purchaser who walks through the door.

For 15 months, Howard did as he was told. To customers with phony IDs or wads of cash he normally would have turned away, he sold pistols, rifles and semiautomatics. He was assured by the ATF that they would follow the guns, and that the surveillance would lead the agents to the violent Mexican drug cartels on the Southwest border.

When Howard heard nothing about any arrests, he questioned the agents. Keep selling, they told him. So hundreds of thousands of dollars more in weapons, including .50-caliber sniper rifles, walked out of the front door of his store in a Glendale, Ariz., strip mall.

He was making a lot of money. But he also feared somebody was going to get hurt.

“Every passing week, I worried about something like that,” he said. “I felt horrible and sick.” (more at link)

The story makes the headline look wrong. The story says the criminal lied on the federal forms. That has nothing to do with “Fast and Furious”.

The gun was purchased at the front store for fast and furious.

“The story makes the headline look wrong. The story says the criminal lied on the federal forms. That has nothing to do with “Fast and Furious”.”

He lied. In another story about this, the purchase was not cleared. Then he was told to go ahead anyway.

As the LA Times story said, he was instructed by the BATFE to sell to prohibited buyers.

Without more detail, it is hard to know if he was told to make an illegal sale or not.
