Maybe the cop was concerned she'd burn his hand, who knows? The cop started out perfectly normal and then got very fed up with this angry black woman alert. And when she got out of the car? She was a large as Muhammad Ali!

That’s possible. While she does have the right to smoke in her car, she was also temporarily detained. I’m guessing that under that circumstance, especially considering her agitation, the officer gave her a legal order.
