I have seen multiple black SUVS in my area with blacked-out windows except for the windshield, which is a lighter sun shield but you can't see the occupants' faces. The license plates are regular Texas plates. I've seen just a few of these through the months, but seeing this many in one day...

We see them here in the North GA. mountains all the time. Most the time its ATF looking for 18 year old girls blowing up toilets on You Tube. Or its FBI going after Waffle house 78 year old terrorists. We have small groups jeryatric terrorist's all over the area. You can tell if it 4 or 5 old men with walker's and canes.

Blacked out SUVs with no license plates or identifying numbers on them are probably the designated go to vehicle for doing snatch-and-grabs. Supposedly practicing snatch-and-grabs are one of the tactics being practiced in Jade Helm, as it is something the US Military feels it needs to get better at for their next counter-insurgency operation.

FWIW, Patriot... here in the DMV area.. if a lot of black Suburbans (or larger SUV’s) are seen... we know it’s the government. Maybe it’s just a regional thing...
