I have seen multiple black SUVS in my area with blacked-out windows except for the windshield, which is a lighter sun shield but you can't see the occupants' faces. The license plates are regular Texas plates. I've seen just a few of these through the months, but seeing this many in one day...
Probably, like most states, I’d say the owners of those vehicles are violating tinted window laws. I say pull them over and write them an effing ticket against the offending citizen’s DL.

Well, I bet you they sure aren’t regular ‘soldiers’. My guess is DHS goons assessing how much they can count on RAs to enforce tyranny in a crunch. Battlefield and psychological RA soldier prep.

If you can get up beside one and the sun is on the opposite side see if you can see someone sitting in back, probably with headphones on.
Look close and see if you can see a sound dish. If there is they are listening to the conversations of someone/people in cars driving nearby.
Mr. GG2 saw a Black Yukon with the dark windows and no identifiers on the vehicle and no license plates of any kind on his way up to the mountains yesterday.
Jade Helm is all about conditioning the American people to accept military operations on American soil.
BTW, if it’s feds they won’t be by themselves there will be other cars with them.
See if you can pick out an unusual number of cars of the same mfg. nearby traveling along with it.
If you can, check out the drivers, do they all have the same idiot goober look to them?
